New Help for Jacksonville Area Homeowners Facing Foreclosure
JACKSONVILLE – The Collins Center for Public Policy and The Jacksonville Bar Association announced Aug. 15 the expansion of the Collins Center's pre-file mortgage mediation program into the 4th and 7th judicial circuit courts. The pre-file program brings lenders and homeowners together for mortgage mediation before a foreclosure filing, providing a greater opportunity for homeowners to remain in their homes. Read more.
