Is your home facing foreclosure?
The Collins Center can help -- at no cost to the homeowner. The Collins Center is a nonprofit public policy organization with one goal: to help Floridians.Homeowners in five of Florida's 20 Judicial Circuits are participating in the Collins Foreclosure Mediation Program. If the property is located in Florida and serves as the homeowner's primary residence, the Collins Center will bring the homeowner, a mediator and the lender to a table to try to reach an agreement.
Often times, the outcome is a lower monthly mortgage payment and a lower interest rate for the homeowner in order to avoid foreclosure.
