Emerging Initiatives Fund: When unanticipated opportunities arise, a quick response is required. In the next decade, the Collins Center must be prepared to respond to new issues as they arise and tackle issues that are important to Floridians. Support of this fund provides the edge we need to take action on projects that impact Florida and its citizens.
Program Endowment: A strong, stable endowment is one of the hallmarks of a mature and prestigious institution. Endowment income gives the Collins Center the flexibility needed to capture new opportunities. Endowed gifts provide a vital source of perpetual funding to help ensure the independence and timeliness of the Collins Center's work.
Lloyd Creek Conference Center: The Collins Center is creating a retreat set among 400 wooded acres, a short drive from Tallahassee. The Collins Center at Lloyd Creek will be dedicated to examining the issues and acting upon the opportunities that shape our society. Capital gifts made in support of this conference center will ensure the establishment of a retreat where issues and opportunities will be brought together in support of a stronger Florida.
Program Support: The Collins Center's ongoing work in areas such as election reform, education and smart growth is having a dramatic impact on our state. In order to continue this work and provide the greatest benefit, we must count on a steady source of funds. The financial support we receive for these individual programs will ensure their successful completion and implementation.
